There are so many articles you can read on the health benefits of tea.


There are many claims that one tea is better than another or that rooibos is better than tea. However given the huge variety of teas and the processes by which they are made it is really not possible to say that one variety of tea is better than another.


What is clear is that tea, rooibos, and herbal tea (“tisane”), all have wonderful health giving properties.

What is most important is that you spend a little time every day to enjoy a good cup of tea. Think of it in the same way as yoga – but for the soul. - this one is very comprehensive and also lists some of the potential drawbacks.
